I have been using it for 1 month and it did not help me at all with the hot flashes. I will finish the box (another 2 months) and if I don't see any change I simply won't buy it again!......3 months of use have passed and nothing.

I've been taking them for about 1.5 months and I am very satisfied. The hot flashes of perimenopause have disappeared, as have the headaches, although magnesium supplements may also play a role in the headaches. Overall, though, I am very satisfied and I will definitely buy it again.

It seems to help with menopausal symptoms like hot flashes. However, something else is needed for sleep, as this does not help with that.

It does the job, but for anyone taking them for the first time, the results are visible when you reach the last pills, that is, in any case after two months. The symptoms do not disappear, but they are much milder and the hot flashes decrease.

Very good value for its price, it includes isoflavones and vitamins B & D in satisfactory doses, but it does not include some other extras that you can find in other multivitamins for menopause (before and after), such as vitamin K which helps with the absorption of vitamin D. But it has the basics, and additionally 90 capsules that last for 3 months because you only take 1 per day (compared to most which require taking 2)... so it's great!

The cravings continue but not as intense, at least it has vitamins Calcium, Vitamin D, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, and Folic Acid that we need.
