Among the dozens of personalities interacting on the pages of the book, two are dominant: the coach-founder of the "8-2," Józef Kiuńsler, and the legendary football player Angelos Messaris.

The author traces the steps of the former, following him to the fields of Hungary (while he was still a football player), and reveals the reasons that led him to coaching and to Panathinaikos.
