Unfortunately, its production has stopped and it has been replaced with the new model that does not have a gsync ultimate module, but has 40hz more, better overdrive in extreme mode, and is 10bit/280hz compared to 240hz/8 bit.

- Possible backlight bleeding (white in the corners), I experienced it, but the monitor was replaced within 3 days. I provided detailed information about the issue, and the technicians acknowledged it and replaced it.
*ATTENTION when we say "possible," we mean it, as all IPS monitors have backlight bleeding in the corners, and local dimming may be visible (this specific monitor has 8). Before sending it back, calibrate it properly, DELL is not stupid, they know about it. Personally, the second one I received was PERFECT, especially after the detailed calibration I did with a device. I was the first one in Greece to purchase it at the end of December 2020, and I have used it all day without any issues.
I come from VA and TN panels, and there is no comparison. I have it in a room with moderate lighting, which greatly helps the IPS display.

*ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ όταν λέμε αρκετό λέμε αρκετό καθώς όλα μα όλα τα IPS έχουν back light bleeding στις γωνίες κ μπορεί να φαίνεται το local diming(εχει 8 η συγκεκριμένη )οθονη,πριν τη στηλετε πίσω κάντε καλό καλιμπραρισμα η DELL δεν είναι χαζή το ξέρει.Προσωπικα το 2ο που ήρθε ήταν ΑΡΙΣΤΟ ειδικα μετα το λεπτομερες καλιμπραρισμα που εκανα με συσκευη φυσικα.Ήμουν ο πρώτος στην Ελλάδα που την αγόρασε τελη Δεκεμβρίου 2020, της έχω πιει το αίμα όλη μέρα ανοιχτή δεν κάνει κιχ.

Incredible monitor. I have tried 5 monitors in 2 years and this is the best one available in IPS/27 inch/1440p and it is worth its high price. Let's start with the basics: 240 Hz means that for 5 years you won't have to deal with any other screen. The 1440p on a 27-inch screen is "enough" because the new trend of advertising 4K/27-inch doesn't show any difference in resolution. HDR600 means that it achieves a brightness of 600 nits (higher than the IMAC Retina that only reaches 540 nits). HDR On is only useful for those who want to use the monitor for professional purposes in order to have a stable 600 nits. For gaming, I recommend turning it off (HDR Off) and using the sports mode to match colors/brightness in all games. With HDR Off, the brightness drops to 450 nits, but "who cares" since all good monitors in the market for 500 Euros IPS/1440p/27" (AOC/GIGABYTE, etc.) can hardly achieve 350 nits. The screen can display 12 bits (not 10 bits as mentioned in reviews), but you sacrifice the maximum frame rate of 144 Hz, although you are compensated with billion colors. In terms of space, it is not as big as it appears in the photos, as it has a depth of 30cm with the stand. Whoever can afford the money (780 Euros) should buy it, as it is a serious investment from a reliable brand like Dell.

Να ξεκινησουμε απο τα βασικα 240 Ηz σημαινει οτι για 5 χρονια δεν θα ξανασχοληθεις με αλλη οθονη oπου τα 1440p σε 27 inch ειναι "enough" διοτι η νεα μοδα που διαφημιζουν 4κ/27ιnch δεν βλεπεις διαφορα στην αναλυση. HDR600 σημαινει οτι πετυχαινει brightness 600 nits (ανωτερο και απο IMAC Retina που παιζει μεχρι 540 nits). HDR Οn βολευει μονο για οποιον θελει να χρησιμοποιησει το monitor για επαγγελματικη χρηση προκειμενου να εχει σταθερα 600 nits. Για gaming προτεινω να ειναι απενεργοποιημενο (ΗDR Off) και σε mode sports για να ταιριαζει σε χρωματα/brightness σε ολα τα παιχνιδiα. Σε HDR Off το brightness πεφτει στα 450 nits αλλα "who cares" ολα τα καλα monitor της αγορα των 500 Euro ΙPS/1440p/27" (AOC/GIGABYTE etc) που με δυσκολια πετυχαινουν 350 nits. Η οθονη μπορει να παιξει 12 bits (oxi 10 bits που αναφερουν σε reviews) αλλα θυσιαζεις 144 Hz maximum frame rate αλλα σε αποζημειωνουν τα billion colours. Aπο θεμα χωρου δεν ειναι τοσο μεγαλο οσο δειχνουν οι φωτογραφιες αφου με την βαση εχει βαθος 30cm. Οποιος μπορει να διαθεσει τα χρηματα (780 Euro) να την αγορασει ειναι μια σοβαρη επενδυση απο ενα αξιοπιστο brand οπως ειναι η Dell.
Upgrade from ASUS PG279Q and the biggest difference I saw wasn't so much the transition from 165 to 240 Hz but mainly the HDR, which definitely isn't something amazing on this particular monitor but I would say it's very decent in games that support it. HDR works either at 10 bit 144 Hz or 8 bit with dithering 240 Hz. The system I have it connected to is an i9-9900K processor overclocked to 5 GHz and an RTX 3090 Founders Edition graphics card, and in the few games that reach 240 Hz, we're talking about a completely different experience. Recommended only for owners of powerful hardware!

Το HDR λειτουργεί είτε σε 10 bit 144 Hz είτε 8 bit with dithering 240 Hz. Το σύστημα που την έχω συνδέσει είναι ένας επεξεργαστής i9-9900K χρονισμένος στα 5 GHz και μια κάρτα γραφικών RTX 3090 Founders Edition και στα λίγα παιχνίδια που φτάνουν τα 240 Hz μιλάμε για μια τελείως διαφορετική εμπειρία. I had a Dell S2716dg and I replaced it with this one. It's like day and night. Tremendous quality in terms of construction and all the features that a gamer primarily asks for. The price is a bit steep, but it compensates with everything it offers. Easy menu that allows everyone to adjust it to their liking.

The monitor has a very intense Back Light Bleed, to the point where I returned it. I will give 5 stars for Dell's warranty because when I sent them photos of the problem via email, they immediately offered a replacement or a refund. I chose the refund because they didn't guarantee that the replacement monitor wouldn't have the same issue. Do your research before purchasing this monitor because many people have had problems with it

Για gaming προτεινω να ειναι απενεργοποιημενο (ΗDR Off) και σε mode sports για να ταιριαζει σε χρωματα/brightness σε ολα τα παιχνιδiα. Σε HDR Off το brightness πεφτει στα 450 nits αλλα "who cares" ολα τα καλα monitor της αγορα των 500 Euro ΙPS/1440p/27" (AOC/GIGABYTE etc) που με δυσκολια πετυχαινουν 350 nits. Η οθονη μπορει να παιξει 12 bits (oxi 10 bits που αναφερουν σε reviews) αλλα θυσιαζεις 144 Hz maximum frame rate αλλα σε αποζημειωνουν τα billion colours. Aπο θεμα χωρου δεν ειναι τοσο μεγαλο οσο δειχνουν οι φωτογραφιες αφου με την βαση εχει βαθος 30cm. Οποιος μπορει να διαθεσει τα χρηματα (780 Euro) να την αγορασει ειναι μια σοβαρη επενδυση απο ενα αξιοπιστο brand οπως ειναι η Dell.
Upgrade from ASUS PG279Q and the biggest difference I saw wasn't so much the transition from 165 to 240 Hz but mainly the HDR, which definitely isn't something amazing on this particular monitor but I would say it's very decent in games that support it. HDR works either at 10 bit 144 Hz or 8 bit with dithering 240 Hz. The system I have it connected to is an i9-9900K processor overclocked to 5 GHz and an RTX 3090 Founders Edition graphics card, and in the few games that reach 240 Hz, we're talking about a completely different experience. Recommended only for owners of powerful hardware!

Before sending it back, calibrate it properly, DELL is not stupid, they know about it. Personally, the second one I received was PERFECT, especially after the detailed calibration I did with a device. I was the first one in Greece to purchase it at the end of December 2020, and I have used it all day without any issues.
I come from VA and TN panels, and there is no comparison. I have it in a room with moderate lighting, which greatly helps the IPS display.

-πιθανον back light bleeding (άσπρα στις γωνίες)το έπαθα ήταν αρκετό αλλάχτηκε σε 3 μερες το monitor.Εστηλα αναλυτικά ότι έκανα και οι τεχνικοί είδαν ότι γνώριζα και φυσικά την αλλαξαν.
*ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ όταν λέμε αρκετό λέμε αρκετό καθώς όλα μα όλα τα IPS έχουν back light bleeding στις γωνίες κ μπορεί να φαίνεται το local diming(εχει 8 η συγκεκριμένη )οθονη,πριν τη στηλετε πίσω κάντε καλό καλιμπραρισμα η DELL δεν είναι χαζή το ξέρει.Προσωπικα το 2ο που ήρθε ήταν ΑΡΙΣΤΟ ειδικα μετα το λεπτομερες καλιμπραρισμα που εκανα με συσκευη φυσικα.Ήμουν ο πρώτος στην Ελλάδα που την αγόρασε τελη Δεκεμβρίου 2020, της έχω πιει το αίμα όλη μέρα ανοιχτή δεν κάνει κιχ.

Incredible monitor. I have tried 5 monitors in 2 years and this is the best one available in IPS/27 inch/1440p and it is worth its high price. Let's start with the basics: 240 Hz means that for 5 years you won't have to deal with any other screen. The 1440p on a 27-inch screen is "enough" because the new trend of advertising 4K/27-inch doesn't show any difference in resolution. HDR600 means that it achieves a brightness of 600 nits (higher than the IMAC Retina that only reaches 540 nits). HDR On is only useful for those who want to use the monitor for professional purposes in order to have a stable 600 nits. For gaming, I recommend turning it off (HDR Off) and using the sports mode to match colors/brightness in all games. With HDR Off, the brightness drops to 450 nits, but "who cares" since all good monitors in the market for 500 Euros IPS/1440p/27" (AOC/GIGABYTE, etc.) can hardly achieve 350 nits. The screen can display 12 bits (not 10 bits as mentioned in reviews), but you sacrifice the maximum frame rate of 144 Hz, although you are compensated with billion colors. In terms of space, it is not as big as it appears in the photos, as it has a depth of 30cm with the stand. The monitor has a very intense Back Light Bleed, to the point where I returned it. I will give 5 stars for Dell's warranty because when I sent them photos of the problem via email, they immediately offered a replacement or a refund. I chose the refund because they didn't guarantee that the replacement monitor wouldn't have the same issue. Do your research before purchasing this monitor because many people have had problems with it

-πιθανον back light bleeding (άσπρα στις γωνίες)το έπαθα ήταν αρκετό αλλάχτηκε σε 3 μερες το monitor.Εστηλα αναλυτικά ότι έκανα και οι τεχνικοί είδαν ότι γνώριζα και φυσικά την αλλαξαν.
*ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ όταν λέμε αρκετό λέμε αρκετό καθώς όλα μα όλα τα IPS έχουν back light bleeding στις γωνίες κ μπορεί να φαίνεται το local diming(εχει 8 η συγκεκριμένη )οθονη,πριν τη στηλετε πίσω κάντε καλό καλιμπραρισμα η DELL δεν είναι χαζή το ξέρει.Προσωπικα το 2ο που ήρθε ήταν ΑΡΙΣΤΟ ειδικα μετα το λεπτομερες καλιμπραρισμα που εκανα με συσκευη φυσικα.Ήμουν ο πρώτος στην Ελλάδα που την αγόρασε τελη Δεκεμβρίου 2020, της έχω πιει το αίμα όλη μέρα ανοιχτή δεν κάνει κιχ.
Έρχομαι από VA κ TN panel και δεν υπάρχει σύγκριση.Την έχω σε δωμάτιο με μέτριο φως που βοηθάει τρομερά τα IPS.
Incredible monitor. I have tried 5 monitors in 2 years and this is the best one available in IPS/27 inch/1440p and it is worth its high price. Let's start with the basics: 240 Hz means that for 5 years you won't have to deal with any other screen. The 1440p on a 27-inch screen is "enough" because the new trend of advertising 4K/27-inch doesn't show any difference in resolution. HDR600 means that it achieves a brightness of 600 nits (higher than the IMAC Retina that only reaches 540 nits). HDR On is only useful for those who want to use the monitor for professional purposes in order to have a stable 600 nits. For gaming, I recommend turning it off (HDR Off) and using the sports mode to match colors/brightness in all games. With HDR Off, the brightness drops to 450 nits, but "who cares" since all good monitors in the market for 500 Euros IPS/1440p/27" (AOC/GIGABYTE, etc.) can hardly achieve 350 nits. The screen can display 12 bits (not 10 bits as mentioned in reviews), but you sacrifice the maximum frame rate of 144 Hz, although you are compensated with billion colors. In terms of space, it is not as big as it appears in the photos, as it has a depth of 30cm with the stand. Whoever can afford the money (780 Euros) should buy it, as it is a serious investment from a reliable brand like Dell.
Απιστευτο Monitor. Εχω δοκιμασει 5 Monitors σε 2 χρονια και ειναι οτι καλυτερο κυκλοφορει σε ΙPS/ 27 inch / 1440p και αξιζει τα χρηματα του παρα την υψηλη τιμη του. Να ξεκινησουμε απο τα βασικα 240 Ηz σημαινει οτι για 5 χρονια δεν θα ξανασχοληθεις με αλλη οθονη oπου τα 1440p σε 27 inch ειναι "enough" διοτι η νεα μοδα που διαφημιζουν 4κ/27ιnch δεν βλεπεις διαφορα στην αναλυση. HDR600 σημαινει οτι πετυχαινει brightness 600 nits (ανωτερο και απο IMAC Retina που παιζει μεχρι 540 nits). HDR Οn βολευει μονο για οποιον θελει να χρησιμοποιησει το monitor για επαγγελματικη χρηση προκειμενου να εχει σταθερα 600 nits. Για gaming προτεινω να ειναι απενεργοποιημενο (ΗDR Off) και σε mode sports για να ταιριαζει σε χρωματα/brightness σε ολα τα παιχνιδiα. Σε HDR Off το brightness πεφτει στα 450 nits αλλα "who cares" ολα τα καλα monitor της αγορα των 500 Euro ΙPS/1440p/27" (AOC/GIGABYTE etc) που με δυσκολια πετυχαινουν 350 nits. Η οθονη μπορει να παιξει 12 bits (oxi 10 bits που αναφερουν σε reviews) αλλα θυσιαζεις 144 Hz maximum frame rate αλλα σε αποζημειωνουν τα billion colours. Aπο θεμα χωρου δεν ειναι τοσο μεγαλο οσο δειχνουν οι φωτογραφιες αφου με την βαση εχει βαθος 30cm. Οποιος μπορει να διαθεσει τα χρηματα (780 Euro) να την αγορασει ειναι μια σοβαρη επενδυση απο ενα αξιοπιστο brand οπως ειναι η Dell.
Upgrade from ASUS PG279Q and the biggest difference I saw wasn't so much the transition from 165 to 240 Hz but mainly the HDR, which definitely isn't something amazing on this particular monitor but I would say it's very decent in games that support it. HDR works either at 10 bit 144 Hz or 8 bit with dithering 240 Hz. The system I have it connected to is an i9-9900K processor overclocked to 5 GHz and an RTX 3090 Founders Edition graphics card, and in the few games that reach 240 Hz, we're talking about a completely different experience. Recommended only for owners of powerful hardware!
Αναβάθμιση από ASUS PG279Q και η μεγαλύτερη διαφορά που είδα δεν ήταν τόσο η μετάβαση από τα 165 στα 240 Hz αλλά κυρίως το HDR το οποίο σίγουρα δεν είναι κάτι τρομερό στο συγκεκριμένο μόνιτορ αλλά θα έλεγα ότι είναι πολύ decent σε παιχνίδια που το υποστηρίζουν. Το HDR λειτουργεί είτε σε 10 bit 144 Hz είτε 8 bit with dithering 240 Hz. Το σύστημα που την έχω συνδέσει είναι ένας επεξεργαστής i9-9900K χρονισμένος στα 5 GHz και μια κάρτα γραφικών RTX 3090 Founders Edition και στα λίγα παιχνίδια που φτάνουν τα 240 Hz μιλάμε για μια τελείως διαφορετική εμπειρία. Συστήνεται μόνο σε κατόχους ισχυρού hardware!
I had a Dell S2716dg and I replaced it with this one. It's like day and night. Tremendous quality in terms of construction and all the features that a gamer primarily asks for. The price is a bit steep, but it compensates with everything it offers. Easy menu that allows everyone to adjust it to their liking.
Είχα μια Dell S2716dg και την άλλαξα με αυτή.Η μέρα με τη νύχτα.Τρομερή ποιότητα σαν κατασκευή και όλα τα στοιχεία που ζητάει ενας gamer πρωτίστως.Είναι λίγο τσιμπημένη η τιμή της αλλά σε αποζημιώνει με οσα προσφέρει.Εύκολο μενού που δίνει τη δυνατότητα να τη φέρει ο καθένας στα μέτρα του.
