    It does its job.... The disadvantage for the use I want it for is that it doesn't display the average value of the sound you measure, only the instantaneous value. However, it does display the maximum and minimum value of the sound. Now I am forced to have my phone next to it with a sound meter application (after calibrating it to show approximately the same values as the device) in order to get the average value.
