At first glance, it seems to be a good construction. Easy to assemble with instructions. Two small storage spaces on the roof. Good quality water bowl. The wheels are sold separately and can be removed if needed. The plastic connectors that attach the wheels to the cage could have been a little better, and it would easily receive 5 stars. If the wheel sockets were made of iron instead of plastic, it would be perfect.
