First of all, I have somewhat large breasts (not even very large) and the funnel doesn't fit effectively.. secondly, it never empties my breast, I always feel like I have more milk. Finally, to get the milk that I feel I have, I just squeeze my breast myself in order for the machine to extract it, in the meantime it detaches, etc. I wouldn't recommend it.. (The usage I give it is 2 to 3 times a day.)
