The third edition of the book coincided with the completion of one year of the implementation of the new Penal Code, and in this regard, there arose the reasonable need to adapt to the new legislative changes.

These legislative changes, while redefining the framework for the protection of property with correct criteria, are however burdened by a lack of internal coherence of the new provisions.

This edition, as expected, took into account the latest views in theory and has been enriched with the new jurisprudential data.

However, it should be emphasized that an effort was made to incorporate the newly established regulations into the interpretative arsenal of the work in comprehensible and productive terms, so that the substantive concern of interpretation is inextricably linked to both the substantiated opinion and the comprehensive conclusion.
