The bearings are definitely not abec 7 as stated. The wheels are soft and as one would expect for a cruiser. If someone changes the bearings for ones of better quality, I think it won't feel any different from the penny brand, which is a cheap imitation of all these plastic boards. The trucks are also of low quality, but personally it doesn't affect me because I bought it for casual rides, not tricks. Given the low price of this particular one, I recommend it.
