During this entire period, it shows that I have a muscle mass of 40-41%, which is unlikely for a woman and especially of my age. This percentage exists only in men up to 30 years old who exercise systematically. Also, it shows that I have a metabolic age of 29 years (I am much older biologically), which is also unlikely, and is immediately perceived from the slow pace at which I lose weight. It measures ONLY the body weight well, with an accuracy of 100 grams.
