Durostick KYGO60 thread sealant is shellac reinforced with resins, suitable for sealing and bonding flanges and plumbing connections. It seals pores in the seams of metal oil and water tanks, as well as around flanges, gaskets and threads, and dries quickly. It is resistant to heat and UV radiation, prevents corrosion on treated metal surfaces and protects them from alkalis.
Suitable for metal containers that come into contact with water, oil, gasoline, synthetic oils and mineral oils, and for covering knots in wood. Diluted with pure alcohol, it can also be used as a varnish for antique furniture and musical instruments. The cap has an integrated spherical brush.
