The Wurth FSK high-temperature transparent plastic adhesive cold-welds rigid PVC. It is an HV type with high viscosity. It is used in the manufacture of plastic windows and for plumbing work, but is not suitable for pressure pipes.
It is resistant to UV radiation and has satisfactory resistance to water, oils, gasoline, and alcohols. When bonding additional profiles to Renolit films, the profiles must be in proper contact with the window profile, and the adhesive must not come into contact with the film surface, as thermal stress before curing may cause bubbles to form in the acrylic layer.
