It requires a small amount because it has a very intense color, and personally, I mix it with shampoo sometimes to make it less intense. It lasts a long time; personally, the 1000ml packaging lasted me 2 years, and I use an amount equivalent to about 2 hazelnuts or slightly more. It gives a sweet beige shade, but maybe with a pink undertone if someone wants a cooler or more gray color, I believe the blue silver would be more suitable.
