It's better to buy an ionizer or a phototherapy mask instead of this gadget. It's convenient pocket-sized but it doesn't do what it promises.

I use the red light.

The other 2 functions are also excellent. Just two notes: firstly, be careful not to accidentally press the button during use and change the program, and secondly, it has a little difficulty cleaning around the corners of the nose.
