The Arnica plant is traditionally used for relief from muscle and joint pain and the removal of bruises. It relieves pain from injuries (bumps, sprains, strains, bruises, swellings). This particular foam combines the therapeutic properties of Arnica with Menthol's ability to reduce the temperature in the application area.

The reduction of temperature in the case of immediate application after an injury achieves:

• local vasoconstriction resulting in reduced blood circulation
• reduction of pain sensation
• prevention of swelling in the area
• prevention of reflex muscle spasm

In recovery, cryotherapy plays a role in reducing pain, inflammation, swelling, and muscle spasm. The application of cryotherapy initially causes vasoconstriction in the area followed by vasodilation, and then alternating vasoconstriction and vasodilation. This affects blood circulation, resulting in the limitation of the thrombus and swelling that form after the injury.

In the injured area, there is pain caused by the accumulation of swelling and pressure on the nerve endings.
