The neo-Ottomanism represents the culmination and expansion of Islamo-Kemalism in the field of foreign relations.
Turkey, in response to the weakening of most of its neighbors, adopts an expansionist policy with new terms, namely a combination of economic, military, and geopolitical power, which uses Islam and the strategic alliance with the West as its two pillars.
Turkey is considered by the Anglo-Americans to be the power that can counter the re-emerging Russia. This strategy presupposes the fragmentation of the Balkan, especially Orthodox, populations, and their “unification” under a neo-Ottoman Turkey, under the high supervision of the U.S.
