    It sits very well on me and I am 188, I have the medium and maybe I should have taken the large, however it doesn't bother me and it doesn't annoy me, I wear it under a hoodie and it doesn't even show, it ventilates sufficiently and my back doesn't sweat, the only negative in my opinion is that the elastic straps collect lint after a while of use and it's annoying
