The S3 TG Midi-Tower by Zalman is an affordable case from the new S series with a large tempered glass side panel. It includes a front panel with a brushed aluminum look and features 120 mm fans that ensure optimal airflow. Removable dust filters are included on the cover and bottom. Its design includes:

  • Power supply cover for a tidy interior.
  • Tool-free installation for up to two 3.5-inch hard drives or two 2.5-inch SSDs.
  • Additional option to connect two SSDs on the back of the motherboard tray.
  • Power supply with a maximum length of 180 mm under the power supply cover.
  • Six cable management grommets.
  • Installation of a 240 mm radiator at the front and a 120 mm radiator at the rear.
  • Spacious ventilation slots on the front for improved airflow.
  • I/O panel with a USB 3.0 port and two USB 2.0 ports at the front.

    When I bought the case, it was quite beautiful and had fans inside, so it was worth the ~60 euros. But it also has some flaws. It has few slots for 3.5'' hard drives (ONLY 2!!), the front fans that come with the case are not connected to the motherboard, so their speed cannot be controlled. The power LED on the front panel stopped lighting up after a few months, but I didn't ask for a new one because it's not worth the trouble. Overall, it's a good case.
