The Saratoga 01007001 gasket sealant is a high-temperature acetoxy sealant, suitable for sealing air conditioning and heating systems, as well as pipes carrying hot liquids. It can also be used in ovens, boilers, stoves, electrical appliances and irons. Its thick consistency prevents it from running.
It has a working time of 5 minutes and a curing rate of 3 mm per 24 hours at 23 °C and 50% relative humidity. The operating temperature ranges from -60 °C to +280 °C, with maximum heat resistance up to 380 °C. It can be applied at temperatures from +5 °C to +40 °C.
