I have had it for a year. Very good machine. It makes 3 coffees a day. When it had a small problem, Nespresso took it, gave me another identical one so I could do my job, and returned it in 5 days.

I bought it the day before yesterday as a Christmas gift for the family! Noisy and the coffee tastes burnt. The foam is like soap. I already miss my old machine!

I have the Delonghi Vertuo Deluxe version, my goodness! In the first week it broke down, leaking water immediately. It was replaced with a second machine, which in a month started leaking water from the sides and had to be serviced. After that, it started licking the machine while making coffee and the coffee spilled outside. Now it doesn't work at all, so it's going back for service again. I have to explain that Krups machines are much better, as we have been using the mini for years without any issues. The one I have at home has already been sent for service three times a year. From me, it gets one star and that's being generous.

Compared to Krupps (for the vertuo series), it is less noisy. It has a smoother centrifugation (no vibrations) and its pump does not "whine" like Krupps. The coffee comes out with a nice crema.
Regarding reliability: It was installed new in early January 2024.
29/02/2024: It broke down. Its mechanical and hydraulic parts work fine. Its electronics failed.
It managed to make about 100 coffees before breaking down.
From the 4 stars I initially gave it, it dropped to 1 star (and that's too much for it). A product must not only be beautiful. It must ALSO work.

Unacceptable machine and unacceptable service. Okay, yes, it makes good coffee, but only when it works. I have had the machine since May 2021 and its first repair was in September of the same year. Since then, it has been repaired four more times. Every time I call, I try to explain to the customer service representative that the machine needs to be replaced because it is defective, but they insist that it only needs a replacement part. Moreover, the last time they presented it as a favor that they are taking on the cost, as the warranty has expired. The warranty, by the way, is for 2 years and with all the back and forth to Nespresso for repairs, the machine has not worked for more than 1.5 years in total. Maybe there are machines that are not defective, but this particular one is, and the customer service chooses to ignore it. Unacceptable.

The machine is faulty and the Nespresso customer service, while showing intention to assist, ultimately fails to do so, resulting in inconvenience for the customer and no resolution to the problem.

I bought it a year ago. After a few months, it suddenly had a problem (orange blinking), I called Nespresso, we had a video call with technical support and followed the instructions without any result. They sent me a new one.
After a few more months, this one also had a problem which we solved over the phone, but I still had to call them as the hard reset didn't work.
I don't know if it's just me, but overall it doesn't seem reliable to me, I think I will have to call again.
In any case, I don't understand why you would take the risk of buying a new machine when the company has great machines of old tested technology at the same price (I had such machines before).
It is also very noisy.
The coffee is okay.
Service from Nespresso is very good.

I am a user of the Nescafé Vertuo Next Premium, and I can say that I had difficulty purchasing it because I read many comments, both positive and negative. Nevertheless, I bought it and I can say that the machine does not leak water from anywhere because I read a similar comment. It dispenses the coffee into the cup without spilling it outside, and I saw this comment where they wrote that it spills outside and makes a mess. Imagine, as soon as the coffee is finished, the machine doesn't drip a single drop. Also, the taste it produces is incredible, you just need to try different capsules in different ways to find how you like it. Additionally, I don't see much plastic, the machine is great. Whoever is thinking of buying it, don't hesitate, it's unbelievable!

Happy New Year. After approximately 1 year of use......(so it works..!!!!) I have to say the following in just 2 words:
#Stay Away#, #Do not buy#... Let me explain:
1. It does not connect to any app... constantly problematic. Only effects, etc.
2. So it enjoys without reason, it does NOT make coffee.
3. You follow instructions from the internet and you do NOT get anywhere.
4. The app is PERFECT and ONLY works for ordering.....!!
5. Expensive capsules.
6. Overall, it has more flaws than advantages....

The biggest piece of garbage this company has produced!!! It works whenever it wants (in terms of cleaning and maintenance functions), its construction is terrible, you can see it as soon as you hold it in your hands. It has areas that cannot be cleaned and coffee residues remain (despite having a cleaning function), resulting in 100% problems over time! As for the connectivity with the app (hahaha), 3 machines work perfectly, this one always has issues... Finally, the support from this terrible company is never able to assist you!!!! Not even the pH indicator that is included in the package and says to call if it's missing, they tell you they don't provide it, but the instructions tell you to call! Madness!!! It's better to keep the original and not spend even 1€ on this piece of garbage!!!!!

I bought it in 06/2022 for 95 euros with the aeroccino as a gift. After about a month, it stopped working and they replaced it for me the next day with the same one. Since then, we haven't had any problems.
Overall, it is a beautiful device. The only thing I don't like is the opening/closing of the capsule slot, I would prefer it to be a little smoother.
However, its coffee is on another level, I now prefer to drink at home rather than outside.

After 6 months, it works whenever it wants to. I have cleaned it, descaled it, ventilated it, and I have gone through 1 pack of capsules, and it makes coffee according to its mood. The orange indicator light turns on even though I have followed the instructions exactly. The customer service couldn't help me, they only told me to send it for service. As I can see from the comments, it is defective. I would not recommend it if you want to drink coffee every day without needing a miracle to do so!

Like many other owners of this particular model, after just two months of use (approximately 25 coffees), it stopped working for me as well. I sent it for repair to the company's service center and after 20 days, I am still waiting and have not received any updates.

While it was working, it produced coffee slightly better than the previous model.

I have read the reviews, and they say the worst things. However, I ordered it, and until today, I have had it for about a month, and I am thrilled! The coffee is amazing, with 2 fingers of crema and not watery, as most people say. Maybe they use low-intensity coffee, that's why! The regular and decaf fortado, as well as the odacio that I use, all intensity 7+++, are very good, and I don't stop the coffee maker, it extracts the coffee until the end, the whole quantity, that's why I bought it after all. For a large quantity of coffee! As for technical aspects, I won't jinx it, it hasn't broken down on me. Everything is perfect!

Attention, do not buy it!!

I bought it in January 22 and in March it stopped working. Initially, it started to function on its own!! Then, a dark blue light turned on and it didn't perform any reset or cleaning, basically no function at all, plus it had leaks. I thought I was just unlucky. They replaced it immediately at the store, as I had extended warranty (3 replacements, 3 repairs), so I thought I was saved.

Today, after a month, problems again. You start making coffee and the water doesn't stop, it keeps coming out and you have to unplug it to make it stop, as it doesn't stop even by pressing the button!!

I called Nespresso and when I explained to the girl that they break easily, she told me to replace it with a Vertuo Plus. I told her:
- "Are they less problematic? I have already changed two machines and I'm going for the third one."
- "They are less problematic, yes."

Draw your own conclusions!!

After one month of operation and about 40 coffees, we have the following:

1. It always makes coffee as it should and in the end not even a drop falls extra (the base is still clean)
2. The water tank goes in and out very easily
3. I did a cleaning with its program and everything looked very good.
4. It makes noise when operating but if you compare it to the water running in the sink while washing dishes it's the same
5. In terms of quality and simplicity, it is exactly what I wanted when I asked for "something to make coffee without handling it"

In conclusion, if it lasts, it will be a very good purchase

If I could give it 0, I would (no technical support, the machine had problems from the first weeks, it leaked, burned the capsules, didn't work at all. Guys, not even worth the money, just design, not functional at all).

Guys, it's the worst thing I have ever bought from a café, don't buy it. It broke within 2 weeks, I sent it back for repair and they brought it back to me without sending any document stating that it was broken and that I should go and exchange it. Now I've been waiting for 4 days for them to send me an email so I can go and exchange it... The people on the phone have no idea about this specific part of the coffee... 0 in terms of service, both in Nespresso and in their employees

Basically, I have no words, it broke in the first trimester. If you search the internet, you will see that many people have problems with this specific model. Get an old good device and leave the hipster-like centrifugal extraction because it's not certain that you will drink coffee. Personally, for every capsule I manage to drink, I throw away 2 more.

In less than a month it broke down, we tried every troubleshooting step mentioned on the website, nothing. After contacting them, they told us that a technician would call. He didn't call, and after 2 more times we contacted them, still nothing. Machine and coffee costs wasted money, stay away.

οι καψουλες ειναι πανακριβες και βρισκεις μονο στα 2 καταστηματα nespresso...αλλιως πρεπει να παραγγελενεις απο την εφορμογη.
ειναι και πολυ μακροστενη και στο παγκο ειναι λιγο ασχημη.

Because it replaced a Krups machine that made espresso with loose coffee, I can say that the coffee is the same and even better! I also tried the new carafe coffee and it makes 2-3 coffees, very good taste and an economical choice for those who want to make multiple coffees at the same time.

I bought this particular machine in April 2021 and at the beginning of July 2021, I delivered it to the service center because the coffee was leaking to the right, left, and inside the collection bin. Until today, I have not received my machine back as we are waiting for the much-awaited replacement part. There is no possibility of replacing the machine despite it being a factory problem. I have been a Tassimo machine owner for 10 years and such problems did not exist. Overrated, simply.

I had almost every coffee maker on the market - I was very satisfied with this particular one. The mistake that many people make is that they have to pull it as soon as the speed of the machine drops (for coffee that is more than 80ml) and you beat it if you want with a good mixer and you have perfect foam, perfect coffee!
