Compared to another one that I had and threw away because its deviation approached the Vladivostok airport, this one has minimal deviation. The test was done with a mercury minute. I hope it withstands over time.

With the scan button, you measure temperature. With a long press on the plus (+) button, you switch from body temperature to surface or room temperature. With a long press on the minus (-) button, you switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit. For more accurate body temperature measurement, keep the sensor a few millimeters (not more than one centimeter) away from the skin. However, read below the addition I made to my review after some time.
EDIT: A few days ago, we all got sick with COVID-19 and I used the thermometer to measure fever. Result? ABSOLUTELY UNRELIABLE. It showed me 36.9 and 37 while I had 38.7 (with an analog thermometer). Zero reliability and trust, not suitable for medical use. Also, BE CAREFUL because the product is NOT RETURNABLE. For body temperature, I recommend choosing an ANALOG THERMOMETER.
