They have a capacity of 0.5 oz (15ml) and 0.68 oz (20ml), making them suitable for lighter and heavier days.

Made from soft, body-friendly, medical-grade silicone that is smooth to the touch and hygienic.

Instructions for Use

The round shape and flexible texture allow the cups to be folded and inserted with ease. A little lubricant can be used if needed to assist with insertion. It can be easily removed thanks to the practical handle

Care

How to clean the menstrual cup?

Boil the cup in boiling water for 3 minutes after each period. Between uses, clean your cup with water or a damp cloth.

    I bought it in the summer so I wouldn't miss out on some swims with a lot of hesitation, as I could never get comfortable with tampons. If placed correctly (it takes a little effort and time), you literally forget you're wearing it. Besides being eco-friendly and good for the environment, you stay clean! You have no odors, no skin irritation, and no stains. On the downside, to change in public restrooms (e.g., at work), the restroom needs to have a sink inside. I love it and I'm excited! It hasn't changed color in 3 months of use.
