    The bottle has diagonally a sprayer to press and spit the drop. The elderly person must lean the neck VERY far back in order to level the head and aim correctly. Of course, in order to lean the neck so much, you must be quite younger. But if you are younger, you don't have dry eyes. Of course, I agree for relief after long use of a PC or mobile phone.
