It is a little better than the cheap creams but it falls far short of Frezyderm's Dermofilia, which is the best cream for damaged hands.

With a big problem from temperature changes and with wounds on my hands. The only one with which I have found relief. It keeps a good result even after I wash my hands.

I had used it 2-3 times on dry hands and it kind of worked. These days my hands were very chapped and had small scratches. I applied it and it stung unbearably and in some spots the skin turned very red like a burn.

I have recommended it everywhere and people have seen a difference. Good, but this particular cream is very greasy. If you put it on at night, and your hands get warm, they become very sticky!!

It worked wonders on my daughter's hand (teenager with high skin sensitivity) for extensive contact dermatitis on the outer part of her palm. Within two days, the irritation and accompanying dry skin almost disappeared.

Having hands with eczema, this particular cream did not help me much with moisturizing and regenerating the skin. Perhaps logical, since it is not specialized for my problem. I just find it particularly negative that on cracked hands with wounds, for a few minutes after application, it stings quite a bit, which does not happen with other hand creams. The dermofilia by Frezyderm is better.

It has a special texture, it seems like putty but, it is true that it absorbs immediately. During this specific period, I didn't have a severe flare-up of eczema to say something very certain, but even the little I had helped quite a bit, it didn't sting nor did it have a greasy texture afterwards.

After the birth of my child four years ago, I have been living with cracked, peeling, and all scarred fingers, with constant pain, despite the continuous use of other hand care/moisturizing products and gloves. I bought it after reading similar incidents in the reviews. This product not only does what it promises, but it does it from almost the first use, and I still find it hard to believe its existence! Odorless and good absorption, as long as you use a small amount. The only negative I can find is the packaging, which is relatively hard, and halfway through I have difficulty getting more product out, so I cut the tube and pour the rest into another container (like a Vaseline type) and use it from there.

It requires a small amount and good rubbing to be absorbed. On very rough hands with wounds from dryness, it did a very good job while other creams that were tried before did nothing.

I got it after researching on TikTok for hand creams for eczema and cracked hands, and it turned out great. I use a small amount, and logically it should last for a long time.

I bought it and paid for it thinking it was very good... it does its job, but it leaves my hands very greasy, to the point that I have to be careful where I touch so I don't make a mess after using it... Personally, I wouldn't buy it again.
