Thixotropic two-component epoxy system (1:1) with high resistance to mechanical and chemical stresses for sealing-fixing-bonding applications.

Fields of Application

  • Numerous cases requiring sealing and resistance to corrosion and heat
  • Drilling works
  • Smoothing surfaces, e.g., floor puttying before painting with Neopox® Special
  • Extremely strong bonding of metals, concrete, wood, ceramics, insulation boards, polyester, hard plastics (e.g., PVC pipes)
  • Repairing local damages in vehicles, recreational boats or ships, fuel tanks, sewage pipes, where it can be reinforced with fiberglass, carbon fiber, and Kevlar
  • Electrical and electronic applications (encapsulation or insulation)
  • Carpentry works

Properties & Advantages

  • Consists of pure resins and selected hardeners without solvents, inert materials, or fillers
  • Provides high resistance to mechanical and chemical stresses
  • The product is offered in ratios of 1:1, 2:1, or 1:2-2.5, as well as many different types to meet all possible needs and requirements
  • The usual mixing ratio is 1:1.
  • It can also be used in other ratios such as 2:1 for example for reinforcement anchoring, 1:2-2.5 for sealing joints and gaps where shrinkage and expansion are observed and elasticity is required
