    I have two ovens purchased from EFFEUNO ITALY. Impeccable professional ovens, especially the 500c version for baking Neapolitan pizza. You don't need a wood-fired oven, it replaces them immediately. The only negative is that you can only bake one pizza at a time. Otherwise, it cannot be compared to the amateur ones made here in Greece. You get what you pay for, of course.

    * In the description, it says convection oven. It is definitely not an oven with air. It has heating elements on top and bottom and comes in the 500 version with the classic baking plate for low temperatures up to 300 and with the biscotto stone for baking Neapolitan pizza at 420+
