The specific armband is of poor quality. Previous models of fitletic lasted 2-3 years. This one, with few uses, the velcro part came off. Initially, it was replaced, maybe it was defective, but unfortunately the second one had the same problem. With minimal use, the velcro came off and the armband was useless. Eventually, a refund was made.
