There is no better buoy out there for this money.
With 3 balloons it has amazing buoyancy, glides perfectly in the water, and fits a ton of stuff. Definitely a repeat purchase when it wears out.
    1) The valves are flimsy and tear in a short time, so I bought strong check valves for air mattresses and modified it, so I can inflate/deflate it in no time and it takes up less space in the car or storage.
    2) When inflating it in the sun/heat, leave a good gap and don’t fully inflate it, because with the heat, as soon as the sun hits it, it will fully expand, putting pressure on the seams and causing them to open.
Inflate it with a little gap, so when the sun hits and the molecules expand, it will become fully inflated on its own without stressing the seams.
    3) Tie the rope to the lower ring at the bottom, not the front ring.
If you tie it to the front ring, when you pull it there will be more resistance because it’s slightly higher, and pulling it will create a diagonal tilt, pressing the nose of the buoy into the water, resulting in extra resistance.

If you follow the above, you’ll smile every time you use it.

P.S. Prefer this type of buoy but in yellow color.
This red one becomes invisible at dusk and over the years as it fades, it becomes even less visible. I am forced to attach a small white bag for the fish and white Crocs on it, and now it’s clearly visible. The yellow flag is good but I don’t think it’s enough for a boatman to easily spot you, so you need to think of another way to make it visible, as I did.
