As for the tactile sensations, the material (rubber) is not very pleasant. One of the advantages is that the steering wheel is quite small, 34 cm, and quite strong, it doesn't bend.
The disadvantage is that the steering wheel slips in your hands, especially if they are wet; without power steering, it will be difficult to use.
