The Metrica M49365 measuring rod telescopes up to 8 m and allows direct reading of measurements on its scale, both indoors and outdoors. The reading device is located at the top, while the horizontal and vertical bubble levels help position the rod accurately at the measuring point.

It features a waterproof, airtight base with a protective cover, as well as automatic locking of the sections. It accommodates two 50 mm metal tips for diagonal measurements and measurements in grooves, and comes with a plastic carrying case with handles.
