The Sikaflex®-521 UV is a one-component sealant/adhesive based on hybrid polyurethane (silane-terminated polymers), with resistance to weathering and environmental aging that adheres to a wide range of surfaces, such as metals, ABS, PC, FRP, and wood, without requiring special surface preparation. It is multi-purpose, suitable for both interior and exterior uses.

Uses
The Sikaflex®-521 UV has very good adhesion to a wide range of substrates and is suitable for elastic sealing and bonding. Suitable substrates include: wood, metals, metal primers, paints (2-component), ceramic materials, and plastics. It is suitable for both interior and exterior applications.
Refer to the manufacturer's instructions and conduct tests with the initial substrates before applying Sikaflex®-521 UV on materials that show a tendency to crack under environmental stress.
The product is suitable for use by professional applicators. Tests should be conducted with the actual substrates and prevailing application conditions to ensure the quality of adhesion and material compatibility.
