This thesis represents the first, as far as I know, attempt to capture and present the entirety of Arab-Islamic history in the Greek language.

The author, an assistant professor at the University of Thrace, endeavors and largely succeeds in presenting Arab-Islamic culture through its historical dimension in a manner that is both descriptive and synthetic, thus aiming to achieve a dual purpose: to educate students and those engaged in such matters, and to attract specialized researchers for further investigation into critical areas of Arab-Islamic history.
