The present volume includes my scientific articles in Greek—excluding book reviews and encyclopedic entries—from the beginning of my academic career to my professorship, in chronological order of publication for each study, including those published before the defense of my doctoral thesis.

The overwhelming majority of these articles address issues related to Islam and law, while some also focus on either Greco-Roman law or issues in the history of the Arab world. Finally, as an appendix, three independent concise studies are published, which are directly relevant.

The publication followed the method of photo-offset reprinting to facilitate locating the original reference of the publication. Notably, the language form of the text is that of the original edition, where it should be noted that in very few cases the correct stress is not followed, and so is the pure Greek language.

In the first case, the reasons were purely practical, due to the limitations of the printing house, and in the second case, the "transformation" of the texts into the colloquial language was done without my knowledge, a language which I neither respect nor accept nor value. I owe gratitude to the contributors of the publication from the Limnos publishing house for their assistance.
