The prima matera copper line is made from 90% copper and 10% AISI 304 stainless steel. This construction achieves excellent heat diffusion and outstanding cooking results, while the low percentage of stainless steel on the inside protects the cookware without altering the properties of the copper.

Care instructions:

  • For the copper exterior: Use a special copper maintenance cream to keep the cookware in excellent condition. Never use a metal sponge.
  • For the stainless steel interior: Simple washing with a sponge and detergent. If food sticks, soak the cookware in water and detergent for half a day.

Copper cookware should not be placed in the dishwasher.
