Waste of money. I bought the pump in May 2022 and in August it started having operational issues. The company refused to replace it because I had cut the plug and they considered that to be the problem, not a material defect. I have had an aquarium with fish since 1990 and a pond with various pumps since 2004. I have never encountered such behavior before.
