    Unacceptable product, within 2 and a half years the keyboard has broken twice with very careful use. Do not buy it! The first time I paid 160 euros for repair and waited a week because the spare part was not available. Let's see how much I will have to pay again now that it is broken again. Very poor quality and faulty construction.

    It's been almost 3 months and they still haven't repaired it! They couldn't identify the problem and kept saying it was my electrical panel's fault! An electrician came and the panel has no problem at all! After contacting Siemens, they blackmailed me saying that if I don't have a 150mm exhaust pipe, they won't repair it!!! When I complained that the technical specifications state a pipe of 120mm, they agreed to accept it and repair it. This morning they asked me for an additional 260 euros for the repair!!! Stay away from Siemens, it's not like it used to be, nor is its service as it once was.
