Description & Specifications

The two-component R100 epoxy metal filler is used to fill large cavities in a single coat and for repairs on cars and other metal surfaces. It adheres to wood, marble and various plastics, sands easily and dries without cracking, even when applied in thick layers.

It is resistant to water, petrol, alkaline solutions and acids, as well as to heat and ageing. To apply, thoroughly mix the required amount of filler with 2–3% catalyst and apply to clean, sanded surfaces. The mixture remains workable for approximately 4–6 minutes and dries in about 20 minutes. Clean tools with thinner.
