Description

The Optex WXS-RAM wireless motion sensor detects movement using infrared and covers a 180° angle at a distance of up to 12 m. Its two dual pyroelectric elements create two 90° detection areas, each with separate distance and sensitivity settings. Active Antimasking technology and SMDA logic help prevent false alarms, while day/night operation adjusts the sensor’s performance to lighting conditions.

Detection can be divided into two zones, with separate NO/NC alarm outputs for the left and right sides. The sensor supports pet immunity, features Tamper protection, and includes an automatic temperature compensation circuit. It is wall-mounted at a height of 2 m, with a preset range of 9 m.
