The velcro it has for fastening is very strong and gives you confidence (at least now that it is new).
In bench exercises (e.g. incline presses), the pads that are on the back (EXTERNALLY, not in contact with the waist but with the bench), at first seem to have a strange feeling. However, as you get used to them, they create a slight lordosis in the waist during the exercise, which gives more safety. For €16 it is a great deal.
I recommend it.

Το velcro που εχει για ασφαλιση, ειναι πολυ δυνατο και σου δινει σιγουρια (τουλαχιστον τωρα που ειναι καινούρια).
Σε ασκησεις σε παγκο (π.χ. Πιεσεις επικλινους), τα μαξιλαρακια που υπαρχουν στο πισω μερος (ΕΞΩΤΕΡΙΚΑ οχι σε επαφη με τη μεση αλλα με τον πάγκο), στην αρχη σου φαινονται να εχουν περιεργη αισθηση. Ομως οσο τα συνηθίζεις δημιουργουν στη μεση μια ελαφρια λορδωση κατα την διαρκεια της ασκησης που δινει περισσοτερη ασφαλεια. Για τα 16€ ειναι μεγαλη ευκαιρία

Μία βασική ζώνη μέσης, θα την προτιμούσα λίγο πιο σκληρή με περισσότερη υποστήριξη στην πλάτη για αυτό και τα τέσσερα αστέρια.
I do not have much experience with such belts. I bought it after doing some research on reviews, avoiding leather ones due to some negative comments, and chose a synthetic one due to hernia and exercise with moderate weight. It is quite stable but it does pinch a little, obviously requiring a lot of attention and moderation for someone with such issues. Otherwise, it seems to be of good quality. The only thing you need to pay attention to is the sizing chart, which I posted in a photo.

Εγώ την πήρα μετά από σχετική αναζήτηση πάνω σε κριτικές, απέφυγα τις δερμάτινες για κάποια αρνητικά σχόλια και διάλεξα μια συνθετική λόγω κήλης και γυμναστικής με μέτρια κιλά. Αρκετά σταθερή αλλά δεν είναι ότι δεν ψιλό τσιμπάει προφανώς για κάποιον με τέτοια θέματα θέλει πολύ προσοχή και με μέτρο. Κατά τα άλλα μια χαρά ποιοτική φαίνεται, το μόνο που πρέπει να προσέξετε είναι το μεγεθολόγιο το οποίο και ανάρτησα σε φωτογραφία.
