The recommended daily dose of 5 to 6 grams can be divided into three doses (preferably half an hour before meals). In 200ml of water, mix the amount of zeolite with a plastic spoon and drink it. Do not wait for the zeolite to settle at the bottom of the glass.
It is recommended to consume plenty of fluids during the day, 2 liters or more. Individuals undergoing any medical treatment should allow a gap of two to six hours between taking zeolite and taking their medication. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking the supplement.
