Like the limited edition Toiteach that was released before, Bunnahabahain Toiteach A Dha (which means "smoky two" in Gaelic) is a unique and exciting smoky single malt from barley.To create this Moine variation, Senior Blender Dr. Kirstie McCallum selected a combination of former Bourbon and Sherry casks that then fully matured in the coastal warehouses in Bunnahabhain bay. A single malt with a light orange color and exciting peat with hints of sherry, rich oak, vanilla, and dried fruits on the nose. On the palate, it has notes of rich oak and balanced pepper aromas.
