Bleaching powder for blonde bleached hair that has been dyed either with semi-permanent or permanent dye. Completely removes pigments and restores the hair to its previous stage before dyeing. 

We apply it only on dry hair. Mix in a ratio of 1:2 in a non-metallic bowl with a non-metallic brush, with 5, 10, or 20 volume peroxide. Maximum waiting time is 30 minutes. Rinse and then apply shampoo and conditioner.
