Induction cooktop Bosch with PerfectFry for perfectly crispy food thanks to the control sensor with 5 power levels. It features DirectSelect Premium for immediate, simple selection of the desired cooking zone, power, and additional functions.

Temperature is particularly important for frying. Excessively high temperature will cook the steak too quickly and burn it. Regardless of how you want it - rare, medium, or well-done: frying meat is now a simple matter. The PerfectFry sensor continuously regulates the temperature during frying and adjusts it accordingly if needed.

Enhance Your Cooking

Even greater power: the improved PowerBoost function on ceramic and induction cooktops adds even more power to speed up your cooking even more. For example, you can now boil 2 liters of water almost 50% faster than on a conventional ceramic cooktop.

Ease of Use on a Larger Scale.

DirectSelect Premium offers excellent usability during cooking, with a full length of 30 cm. For a simple selection of power levels and additional functions. The controller only shows the functions you really need, and is not visible when turned off, thus fitting into a minimalist and elegant cooktop design.

Cooktops that leave room for more.

One pot or more, one behind the other or next to each other - with Bosch's FlexInduction, the choice is entirely yours. You can use the cooktop as a conventional induction cooktop, e.g., with four separate cooking zones, or, with the press of a button, combine them to form two large continuous cooking zones. This gives you extra space, where you can place larger cookware, such as a baking tray. But also other cooking accessories like a grill plate.

Fry faster.

PanBoost heats pans and non-stick cookware even faster without you having to worry about any damage from excessive heat. You can easily select the PanBoost function from the control panel. Your pan is ready for use within 30 seconds.

Cooking starts much faster.

The QuickStart function detects where you have placed the cookware and automatically selects that cooking zone on the control panel. You can start cooking immediately by selecting the desired power level of your cooking zone without delay.

Your settings are saved.

If something goes wrong during cooking, such as food overflowing, the cooktops automatically turn off, saving your last settings. This means you can easily restore your settings with the press of a button.
