Insert element for scale reduction PENTAIR PCC-106 with hexametaphosphate crystals, which is placed in the central core of sediment or double open-ended activated carbon filters, preventing the accumulation of scale and rust. The hexametaphosphate crystals act on calcium and magnesium molecules, preventing them from combining and forming calcium carbonate CaCO3. Suitable for network water with total hardness up to 25°f or 14°d or 250ppm CaCO3.

Ideal and economical solution for professional equipment or household use in areas with scale problems. Protects the network from corrosion, maintaining a neutral to alkaline pH of 6.5-9.0.
