This cleansing soap is NOT intended for makeup removal. Some of you don't even know the basics of skincare.

Good product only for simple cleansing, not for makeup removal, it doesn't remove anything, I use it twice and nothing, neither the concealer nor the sunscreen. I have used other foams that removed a little, but this one doesn't remove at all. Other than that, it is a good product and very gentle

It is a very good product, some users write that they did not see results in makeup removal but I think that is not the purpose of the product. I use it after Caudalie's cleansing oil, or on its own if I haven't worn makeup, for extra skin cleansing. For those with sensitive skin and most products feel heavy or cause eye irritation, I think this is a good choice.

Cleans well (I haven't used it to remove makeup) and doesn't leave a feeling of tightness.

Sometimes it came out as liquid instead of foam from the packaging.
It doesn't remove makeup at all, has a bad smell, and leaves the skin dry.

pleasant scent, does not cause irritation but... in my own experience, it is only good for removing surface dirt. It did not remove makeup well at all. Especially if you want to remove mascara, not even a little bit.

Wonderful scent, nice product, however it requires a considerable amount to create a rich lather... for this reason, I'm not sure if I will buy it again

I have combination skin, redness, and sensitive skin. It has become one of my favorite cleansers. Gentle with a subtle scent and nice feeling. I also think it helped with my redness! I would definitely buy it again!

I have combination skin and a tendency for acne. I used a very strong cleanser that dried out my skin and left redness, so I was looking for something that cleanses deeply without dehydrating me. I started using this cleanser from Caudalie and I am very satisfied. It cleanses well, doesn't dry out or irritate the skin, and has an incredible scent. The only thing I didn't see it do is moisturize the skin, but I wasn't looking for that so I will buy it again.

Excellent cleaning product for my combination skin. I have used several cleansers from other pharmaceutical companies, but this is the only one that did not cause dryness. It leaves a feeling of cleanliness, I have not yet done makeup removal, but in daily washing with this foam and then wiping my face with cleansing water, the cotton pad is completely clean. I will definitely buy it again.

I give it 3 stars because it did not suit my combination skin, unlike the toner from the same range. It is excessively "light", I only had the feeling of surface cleansing. Maybe it is more suitable for dry skin types.

Awesome product for facial cleansing.. Soothes the skin and doesn't leave it dry at all.. Additionally, it provides a radiant appearance.. Very good quality and price!
