The Techly HDMI-VGA2A converter connects devices with an HDMI output to monitors or projectors with a VGA input, converting the digital signal to analog video. It has a male HDMI connector and a female VGA output, and transmits audio via a 3.5 mm female jack. It is plug and play, with no driver installation required.

It supports resolutions up to WUXGA 1920 x 1200 at 60 Hz and Full HD 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz, as well as HDCP 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2. The built-in EDID buffer automatically negotiates the resolution with the connected VGA monitor, while automatic power saving reduces standby power consumption.
