    The quality is proportional to the price. It is not particularly stable and seems like "cheap work". The screws it contained rusted within two days in an outdoor space. For a quick installation or for something in a utility space that is not important and/or won't be visible, it works. For a serious installation where someone expects reliability and durability, I would not recommend it.
