Description

Description

Press Singer Vive La France with a power of 2200 watts and steam production of 120 grams per minute for excellent ironing, while it can reduce ironing time compared to conventional ironing systems. It features an electronic safety and temperature control system as well as a safety lock for easy transport and storage.

Ironing pressure: 45 kg

By lowering the upper plate of the press, the garment automatically receives 45 kg of pressure. Thus, with a single movement, you achieve a perfect result on both sides without any shine on the clothes from friction as happens with a steam iron.

Electronic safety and temperature control system

Electronic safety system, which automatically cuts off power with a simultaneous audible warning, in case the heated plate is left closed.

Safety lock for easy transport

It features a lock to secure the upper heated plate with the lower plate to facilitate transport and storage.

Easy storage

The steam press has a smaller volume than an ironing board and can be stored either horizontally or vertically.

Technical Specifications

  • 450ml water tank for refilling without interrupting operation & unlimited ironing autonomy.
  • Steam output in 3 minutes.
  • Temperature selection switch.

Dimensions & Weight:

  • Product dimensions: 68x58x27 cm
  • Ironing plate dimensions: 68x25 cm
  • Net weight: 9.5kg

  • I have the previous model for 13 years now.. If my child hadn’t fiddled with some parts when they were younger, it would be in perfect condition.. In general, I am very satisfied and it has paid for itself.. I hope the price goes down so it becomes affordable for more households..

  • Second SINGER that I buy. The first one I got 15 years ago, but it was heavier and bigger (the divina), this one is smaller and more functional

  • From the series of this brand and category, the best. The previous one I had lasted almost 10 years of use for a small guesthouse

First of all, before you buy it, you must definitely find a way to be able to try it extensively in order to make sure that it suits you and that it will iron faster than with a regular iron.
In the end, it didn't suit us and gradually... we gave it up and now we continue with a regular iron...
The amount of steam that comes out is not satisfactory (and cannot be adjusted). It is certainly more economical in terms of consumption of demineralized water, but what can you do when you don't have the steam you want.
The cloth will get dirty immediately (stains like burning), but the clothes being ironed do not get dirty.
Also, several types of fabrics are simply... impossible to iron (the creases do not straighten out at all).
We, certainly regretted the purchase, as it didn't suit us either...

Wasted money. A good iron is better and cheaper. Apart from the delay for the steam to work, it hardly straightens any wrinkles. Also, irons in this category have a very small plate as a surface, so you constantly have to change positions on the clothes, causing further delay. Truly wasted money, what a shame. Maybe a different category, if someone can afford to spend more money.

Very satisfied with the purchase of the Singer press. And the previous one I had was also Singer. I would highly recommend it. It's worth its money.

I have had it for seven years, very good because it saves time. In the last six months, it started to have some problem with the steam, so I will send it for service. If it cannot be repaired, I will buy the same one.

I have been satisfied. I had an older model and I have become familiar with its usage. It saves ironing time. The sheets are better ironed, like professional ironing. No problem with the product
