Gastronorm pan size GN1/2 and depth 200 millimeters. It is ideal for food storage as it seals airtight with a lid and becomes impermeable to water. It also has a non-stick and non-porous surface which prevents the transfer of flavors from one food to another.
 It withstands temperatures from -40°C to 100°C, so it can be used in refrigerated display cases and in a microwave oven. Due to its transparent construction, you can directly see the contents of the container without needing to open it.
