After 10 hours at work with wet feet after walking 50 meters in moderate rain, I can assure you that they have neither full waterproofing nor grip on any surface (MAYBE only on dirt). They definitely are not suitable for standing or running. Those cracks in the photo are after wearing them once for 11 hours. The second photo is their description.
