I have had it for almost 6 months and I have not faced any problem with its operation. The coffee it makes is not good and the capsules are extremely expensive. They are not worth it at all.

First time I bought something without checking reviews.
When I saw them, it was too late. Unfortunately, what is written is confirmed. The machine is very noisy and water leaks inside and on the counter.

Stay away, if you made the mistake of buying it today, run to exchange it. It is defective! Besides, the capsules are only available by order and without variety. We have had it for 4 days and we are already pressing it and waiting 10, 15, and 30 minutes to drink a coffee! Enough!

No one tells you before you buy it that you can only order capsules online and of course only the expensive ones from nespresso itself. It makes noise, it is poorly made, it makes terrible coffee. It dispenses more quantity and floods. It reads the barcodes wrong. Luckily they gave it to me as a gift, I THREW IT IN THE GARBAGE and I'm telling the truth.

Unfortunately, it has very few flavor options, most of which are not worth it. The classic capsules have five times more choices, and of course, you also have the option of other brands. I have had it for three months and I am already thinking of buying another one with classic capsules. Stay away, you will not find anything special in terms of flavors, and you have to constantly keep in mind not to run out

I bought this specific vertuo next machine and from the first moment it showed problems in operation. It definitely makes good coffee and has a wide variety of capsules in any quantity one wants. Unfortunately, this particular series has turned out to be defective as the technician told me, as after a while it stops making coffee and there is a permanent indication with a red light after each attempt. I wasted many capsules in an attempt to make it work and even changed the socket because they told me that might be the problem, but it is ultimately disappointing for such a big company to release such products with questionable lifespan. Some people mention a few days to a few months until it breaks down.
Avoid buying this, better stick to the original machines

It broke before the time was up, constantly showing a red problem light, and before reaching this point, many times an orange light for cleaning. Too complicated for nothing

It breaks every now and then. I have already sent it once for replacement. It constantly asks for a reset, you do the reset and the same thing happens again. It simply stops making coffee and the orange lights turn on. You contact Nespresso for help, and they tell you to do what you just did, in the end it still doesn't work.

I have had it for over a year now, the machine works without any problems.
The coffee it produces is perfect.
I put a 150ml capsule and get the perfect espresso.

Well guys, stay away from this machine. I have changed 3 within a period of 2 months. Nespresso has realized that they are problematic. Now I am waiting for the third one, let's see if we can finally have a cup of coffee.

Unfortunately, it is a disappointment. We bought two, one for the office and one for home, and it couldn't handle it. It broke within 6 months, and when we took it for service, after many difficulties and 2 hours on the phone, they agreed to replace it. Overall, the product is not suitable for intensive and long-term use, especially if someone wants more than 3 coffees a day.

Broke on the 3rd day, replaced within 4 business days, and the new one broke after 2 weeks. Mediocre coffee, a joke of a machine. Stay away.

Do not buy it, just a machine owner and then after the first or second one broke that they brought me, they couldn't even fix the first one, and this one broke too!!!
Wasted money

We bought it in December and it broke on its own....from the first moment it has coffee leakage from the bottom...it broke, went to the authorized repair shop in Kavala....made 3 coffees and broke again....back to the shop....this happened 3 times....we regret the moment we bought it....I don't know who to blame first....the company that made this useless model in the end? or their incompetent repairmen?
And replacement is not possible....money wasted....now we have to buy another one.....complete irresponsibility....We, however, have to pay within 3 months to be forced to buy another one....otherwise it has a warranty...

I got it as a Christmas gift for my mom. The machine seems to have broken after 10 coffees. It leaks water everywhere or doesn't work at all sometimes. We spoke with the company and they keep saying they will come to pick it up when they have spare parts. We still haven't resolved the issue. Unfortunately, this purchase didn't turn out well for me at all and from what I can see, I'm not the only one.

For a capsule machine it makes very nice coffee, especially with 80-150ml capsules. It does make some noise, but not too annoying for me. However, in all other aspects, it's a disaster. It broke after 2 months of purchase and Nespresso informed me that it was due to misuse. I bought it based on the criteria I read here 2 months ago, but now I see that others have the same problem, so it's not a coincidence. If someone wants to buy it, they should know that there is a 50% chance of experiencing the same issues and losing 80-100 €.

In 4 months, I will have had the Vertuo for a year. I used it for 3 months and it broke on its own. They replaced it with another one which had a crack. After numerous phone calls, etc., I reached the point of telling them to come and take both of them because I am so frustrated. I feel completely cheated and I can't make any progress, I doubt the problem will ever be resolved.

I bought it in June, it broke at the end of September, they brought me another one with a note saying that they don't have spare parts and they are waiting for them, at the end of November they told me that the technical department will contact me, at the end of December the same, at the end of January the same.

It was purchased on December 3rd, after 3 days it did not preheat and was leaking water.
It was immediately replaced with another one, which has been making 4-5 coffees a day for 15 days without any problem.
The capsules are more expensive than other brands, but I have stopped buying coffee from outside, I save half the money on coffee.
The taste and intensity of the coffee varies quite a bit from capsule to capsule, it is good to try them yourself and decide which one suits each person.
I use capsules for:
Fredo espresso: Ice Forte (€0.75)
Double espresso: Chiaro (€0.58)
Espresso Lugo: Costa Rica (€0.65)

Ease for many types of coffee!
I have had the machine for about 2 months and the main reason for purchase was for guests as my knowledge of preparation is minimal.
The good thing is that if you choose the right capsules, you can make quality coffee with just one press of a button.
You don't choose the size, nor do you do any tricks. Everything depends on the capsule you have. It makes espresso (40ml), double espresso (80ml), lungo (150ml), and cup of coffee. It also has capsules for frothed milk, with quite good results.
It is very easy to clean, easy to use, a machine for many types of coffee.

Note: The first 3-4 coffees were not as good in quality, but afterwards I have no issue.

I said that Nespresso is not espresso, but they really messed it up here...
The juice it produces is not espresso, maybe closer to filter coffee.
Some capsules remind me of having milk inside.

I got it because I wanted a solution for a large cup of coffee, even of Nespresso quality, but I got fooled. Supposedly 150ml or 230ml of coffee... Of course, I stop it halfway, somewhere around 80ml and it's still diluted coffee. Only the particularly strong capsules are tolerable like this.
I hope it lasts until I drink the 200 capsules I ordered, and then I'll send it to the trash...

If you are one of those who put 2 spoons of sugar and half a box of milk in their coffee, you MIGHT find something you like here. If you want something that even vaguely resembles espresso, then STAY AWAY

After much thought, I bought this specific machine. The first few days were good. The coffee was quite tasty with many variety options. However, it broke down after 15 days. It stopped making coffee. It did not recover even with the resets we did while speaking with their representative. Eventually, they came and took the machine without replacing it as they are obligated to and as they state on their official page.

Too many options in coffees of various sizes. The ultimate must-have machine for coffee lovers. Mine has no flaws since I've had it for 3 months. And even if it did, I would buy it again. Bravo Nespresso. The capsule is very expensive (70cts) but it offers great convenience in terms of speed and quality. The old Nespresso machine is 10 years behind...

It is excellent. Genuine Nespresso, makes fantastic coffee. It only takes vertuo capsules so you can only buy them from Nespresso. But the variety is huge, so I have no complaints.

I have had it for three months and it was constantly problematic. I spoke with customer service and we did some resets and it would work fine for a day or two. It would constantly get stuck. Making coffee was a nightmare until it completely broke down. They told me they will give me a temporary one for now because they don't have spare parts to repair mine at the moment

Unfortunately, within 2 months it broke down.. I called and they said they would send me another one because they have problems with the spare parts.. but at the moment they don't have another one so I'm waiting... First time with Nespresso and I didn't expect such poor build quality.. I have a Delonghi for 5 years for ground coffee and it hasn't had any issues.. and a Dolce Gusto for 7 years that still works

For someone who loves French, I have to say that I enjoy the taste of the coffee. The noise it makes is not something terrible. The construction seems good, now whether it will withstand, time will tell!
At 90 euros, I think it's worth it, just keep in mind that you can only use capsules from Nespresso!

It is really amazing!! Finally, Nespresso understood us who drink cold coffee in winter and summer and made a machine that is mainly designed for cold coffee.... because in hot weather it really does a great job but in cold weather it really falls short with the small capsules, even if you use 2, it still doesn't cover you!! The connection with Bluetooth and WiFi was immediate without any problems, the noise is really minimal compared to the Inissia that I have in terms of reliability, I hope I am one of the lucky ones!!!! My opinion is that it is worth investing in and you will be able to enjoy cold coffee for 60 to 70 minutes.
